About Ngaio Fine Arts
Ngaio Fine Arts opened in 2008.
Suzanne Beer is the Art consultant and Nortina Tham is responsible for interior accents.
Suzanne has over 25 years experience in the Art Industry.
Suzanne and her father, Max Beer, bought the Lewis-Paape Gallery in Lower Hutt in the early 1980’s developing it into a reputable quality art gallery representing many of New Zealand’s best traditional and impressionist artists. They specialised in early investment work, with clients throughout New Zealand.
After the Gallery was sold in 2004, with the retirement of her father, Suzanne decided to open up an Art Gallery with Nortina in one of Wellington’s inner suburbs.
She invited many of her top artists to exhibit with her and has continued in her love of Early New Zealand and European works.
Ngaio Fine Arts also hold some selected contemporary investment work. They hold about four to five Exhibitions throughout the year including at least one Early New Zealand Collection. In between Exhibitions they show a general collection of top work by their artists and a selection of early work.
Other services include framing, art restoration and valuations.
